1. How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?
Most couples book between 9 and 12 months in advance, especially for popular dates during spring and summer. If your wedding is in high season (May–September), we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.
2. Do you travel outside of Tuscany and Rome for weddings?
Absolutely! While we are based both in Tuscany and Rome, we happily travel anywhere in Italy and abroad. Travel fees may apply for distant locations, but we’ll provide a detailed quote upfront.
3. How many hours of coverage do you offer?
Our standard wedding coverage includes 8 to 10 hours, which is ideal for capturing everything from the morning preparations to the evening reception. We also offer extended coverage or multi-day packages for welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and brunches. And we offer also a 6 hours wedding service too.
4. Do you offer videography as well as photography?
Yes! We are a team of photographers and filmmakers to create cinematic wedding films that beautifully complement your photographs. You can book both photography and video with us for a seamless experience.
5. How long will it take to receive our wedding video?
Our wedding videos are carefully crafted to reflect the unique atmosphere of your day. The editing process usually takes between 8 to 12 weeks after the wedding, depending on the season and workload. We take the necessary time to ensure your film feels timeless and polished, it’s worth the wait!
6. Do you offer drone footage or additional video services?
Yes! We love enhancing your wedding film with aerial drone footage, when possible and permitted by local regulations. It’s a great way to showcase the beauty of Tuscany or Rome from a cinematic perspective. Additional services can be discussed when planning your package, so we can tailor everything to your vision.
7. How many photos will we receive and how are they delivered?
On average, you’ll receive 400–600 fully edited, high-resolution images. Your photos will be delivered via a private online gallery, perfect for sharing with friends and family around the world. And you’ll get the full resolution pictures too.
8. Can we request a specific style or must-have shots?
Couples choose us primarily for our unique, recognizable style and that is exactly what we deliver. While we always welcome a short list of “must-have” moments (like group photos with family or a special detail that matters to you), we don’t change our artistic approach on request. Our strength lies in staying consistent and original, so your wedding photos truly reflect the authentic beauty and emotions of your day.
9. Do you offer engagement sessions or pre-wedding shoots?
Yes, and we highly recommend them! Engagement sessions are a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and create beautiful memories before the wedding.
10. What about other sessions like “trash the dress,” maternity, or family portraits?
We offer a variety of additional sessions, including post-wedding shoots (trash the dress), maternity sessions, and family portraits both on location and in studio. These are wonderful ways to continue telling your story over time.
11. What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
We always have a Plan B. We’ll scout for beautiful indoor or covered locations, and sometimes rainy-day photos turn out to be the most romantic!
12. How long does it take to receive our photos?
You can expect your full gallery within 8–12 weeks, depending on the season. We also send a small preview of selected highlights within the first few days after your wedding.
13. Do you offer albums and printed products?
Yes! We design elegant, handcrafted wedding albums and fine art prints that turn your images into timeless keepsakes.
14. Can you recommend other wedding professionals in Tuscany or Rome?
Absolutely! Having worked extensively in Tuscany and Rome, we’ve built a network of trusted wedding planners, florists, makeup artists, musicians, and more. If you need suggestions, we’ll gladly share our recommendations to help make your wedding day even more special.
15. What is required to confirm our booking?
To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a booking retainer. Once this is complete, your date is officially reserved.
16. How does the payment process work?
To secure your date, we ask for a first payment (retainer) at the time of booking. The balance is due before the wedding day – typically 20/80. We accept bank transfers, PayPal, credit cards, and cash (within the limits set by Italian law).
